Quality Policy

The Quality Policy established by the Direction of CarasaLab includes:

The priority commitment to customer satisfaction and service, complying with their specifications and the applicable requirements, including legal requirements.

Satisfy the needs of the company’s stakeholders.

The frame of reference to determine the Quality Objectives and encourages all members of the company to involve in achieving the objectives, doing things right from the beginning in order to reduce costs and increase profitability.

The commitment with the Continual Improvement Process, encouraging all members to identify the risks and non-compliant situations in each and every process and situations to establish effective actions that minimize or eliminate their impact, prioritizing security, product quality and process improvement.

The collaboration attitude with Suppliers in order to continuously improve relationships with the aim of obtaining materials that meet our expectations and those of our customers.

As a guarantee of everything said above, the General Management signs the Quality Policy and undertakes to disclose and communicate it to all members of the company and to third parties when required. The Quality Policy will be published and will be available and accessible to all members of the company.

Leadership and Commitment

The general manager of CarasaLab assumes the leadership and commitment to:

Establish and communicate the Quality Policy and the Quality Objectives of the Management System.

Promote the process management through the process map and the continuous monitoring of indicators and objectives assigned to each responsible, to check the effectiveness and improve each one of them.

Establish a risk-based approach, evaluating the risks and opportunities derived from the activity and associated with the interested parties.

Promote and supports the members of the company to contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, allocating the necessary resources for it.

Establish the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, such as the Code of Conduct of CarasaLab, applicable to all members of the company.

Promote Customer focus, defining and meeting requested, technical and legal requirements, with the aim of continuously increasing Customer’s satisfaction degree.
