Both for projects aimed at professional Beauty Salon, as well as those aimed at the mass market, we have several fully customizable portfolio formulas. Skin care is a widespread concern in our society, so as skincare contract manufacturer we create formulas that adapt to every skin type and need.
In addition to the needs of the skin, we take into account other very important social factors that affect the choice of purchase. Every skincare project reaches our plant at a different stage. Some arrive as an idea, some as a brand that needs a range, some as a finished formula that has outgrown whoever was making it. We manufacture in all three cases: OEM, private label and contract manufacturing.

OEM skincare manufacturing starts from a blank page: the skin concern you want to treat, the texture, the price point, and a formula that ends up belonging to you alone. Our technical team writes the specification with you, produces a pilot batch and validates it in the exact pack you are going to sell. The same formula does not behave the same way in a 30 ml bottle as in a 1 kg jar.
From there everything happens under one roof: manufacturing, filling, labelling and quality control, run by the same people who signed off your sample.
It is the slowest of the three routes and the only one that ends with a skincare product nobody else can buy.

The skincare formula is ready.
With private label skincare you skip the formulation stage altogether. Our range of facial and body products is already made, already stable and already selling: you pick the products, the pack format and the decoration, and they go out under your name.
It is the fastest and cheapest way in, because there is no formulation cost to amortise, which is why most first lines start here. White label skincare works the same way, and the trade-off is control: you choose from what exists instead of specifying it from scratch.
Formats run from 30 ml to 1 kg and from 1,000 units per SKU, so you can launch three or four references at once instead of betting everything on one.

Skincare contract manufacturing is for brands that own a formula but not the capacity to produce it — or that have outgrown whoever was producing it. Send us the specification and we make it exactly as written, under NDA: your know-how stays yours.
We can take the full batch or only the stage you are missing. If your bulk is already made elsewhere, we fill it, finish it and hand it back as a sellable unit. As your EU manufacturer we compile the Product Information File and can file the CPNP notification with it.

Our Skincare products
We select all ingredients from the very first moment of development. This allows us to control 100% of the characteristics and origin of the raw materials to achieve a wide range of private label skincare products. We manage to create natural beauty products of the highest quality, because we believe in the synergy of natural ingredients combined with cutting-edge technology to achieve innovative, vegan and effective formulas. We can develop vegan skincare formulas with a high percentage of ingredients of natural origin, from approximately 95% up to 100%, while maintaining the quality, sensoriality and performance expected from an effective cosmetic product.
We have never, and will never, test our cosmetics on animals. Our lab and cosmetics are Cruelty Free.

Carasa Lab FAQs
Formats run from 30 ml and 30 g up to 1 kg, for both mass-market brands and professional beauty salon lines. We do not make color cosmetics.
In skincare contract manufacturing you own the formula already and we produce it, or fill and finish bulk that was made elsewhere.
We coordinate the safety testing needed to compile the PIF (Product Information File) and we file the product notification in the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), which is mandatory before a cosmetic can be placed on the EU market.
Our formulas are free from mineral oils and from ingredients that are harmful to the aquatic environment, and we select every raw material from the start of the project so the origin of each ingredient is traceable.
